 Dr. Giulio I. Scarzella Dr. Scarzella received his degree from the Ein Chams Faculty of Medicine, Cairo, Egypt. He completed his residency at Washington Hospital Center. He is board certified in Urology. Dr. Scarzella is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Urology at George Washington University Hospital. Dr. Scarzella is a known expert in his field of Urology. Dr. Scarzella's office has been desginated an Ambulatory SurgiCenter by Medicare. This makes it very efficient for Medicare patients to undergo minor surgical procedures right in the office. This is also advantageous for patients who are not covered by hospitalization because of the decreased cost of procedures performed in the office.
